Your Second Visit to Our Kanata Practice

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll review with you all of our findings and recommendations designed to help you achieve your health goals. Our first priority is to make sure that you have all of the information you require to make an informed health choice for you and your family.  During your Report of Findings we will offer answers to the four questions most patients have when they consult our office:

• What’s wrong?
• Can chiropractic help?
• How long will it take?
• How much will it cost?

If you have any other questions, be sure to ask!

You will also be advised about any particular need for exercise based rehabilitation, or recommended changes to your lifestyle, occupational environment or diet. We encourage you to take an active part in the healing process to ensure maximum improvements.

You will receive your first adjustment at the end of your report of findings.

We suggest that you bring your partner with you for this second appointment. We find that when they understand your complaint and treatment, there is more support and encouragement in getting you well.
